Custom Cabinetry
Design Process

01

Tour the showroom and get ballpark pricing and estimated lead time information on each of the cabinetry companies

02

Send in images/plans of the current kitchen to receive a rough estimate from the cabinet companies you are interested in for your job

03

Once you have received an estimate and would like to move forward, pay a design retainer to begin the design process. Once the design retainer is paid, an appointment will be set with a kitchen designer who will come to the house and measure to begin working on the drawings and preform a needs assessment. The design retainer covers the site measure, and three in person design reviews including revisions.

04

Once the drawings are completed and signed, the order will be submitted and the lead time for the cabinets will begin.

05

The design retainer will be applied to the total of the cabinetry at the time of the order. If the cabinets are not ordered, the design retainer will result in a design fee for the drawings provided. The remaining balance of the cabinets after the retainer has been applied will be split into two payments. One payment before the order is submitted, and the other payment will be due before the cabinets ship from the manufacturer.
